1. Who we are

"Will Washes Portland," "we," and "us" refer to Will Washes Portland, a sole-proprietor pressure-washing service based in Portland, Oregon. The owner-operator (Will) is the person responsible for this site and your data.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you give us, plus a small amount of standard technical data your browser sends to any website.

From the quote form (and Meta/Facebook lead forms):

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address
• City or ZIP (so Will can confirm we serve your area)
• Service requested (roof, driveway, fence, etc.) and timing
• Optional notes you choose to share (square footage, gate access, dogs, etc.)

Automatically, when you visit the site:

• Standard server-log information (IP address, browser type, referring page)
• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics about how visitors use the site (if and when analytics is enabled)

We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, government IDs, or any "sensitive" personal information through this site. Payment, when due for a job, happens directly between you and Will after the work is complete.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request — usually by text, sometimes by email or phone call.
• To schedule and complete your pressure-washing job.
• To follow up after the job to make sure you're happy with the result.
• To keep a basic record of past customers so we can help if you call back about previous work.
• To comply with applicable laws (taxes, insurance, etc.).

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, third-party advertising, or to build a profile of you.

4. Text messages and phone calls

When you submit a quote request, you're agreeing that Will may text or call you about your quote and any job we book together. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out of further messages, or just tell Will and he'll stop.

Opting out of texts will not affect a job that is already on the schedule — Will may still call you to coordinate that specific appointment.

5. How we share information

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the following kinds of service providers, and only as needed to run the business:

• Lead-delivery tools (e.g., Zapier, email provider) that route your form submission from this site (or from a Meta lead form) to Will's inbox or phone.
• Hosting and analytics providers that keep the website running.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) if you reached us through a lead form on those platforms — Meta provides us with the form data you submitted to them. Meta's own privacy policy governs what they do with your information on their platforms.
• Government or legal authorities if required by law (subpoena, court order, etc.).

We don't share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep quote-request information for up to 24 months so we can follow up about scheduled or repeat work, then we delete or anonymize it. Records connected to a completed paid job (invoices, receipts) are kept as long as required for tax and insurance purposes — typically 7 years.

7. Your choices

• Access: You can ask what information we have about you.
• Correction: You can ask us to fix anything that's wrong.
• Deletion: You can ask us to delete your information (subject to records we have to keep for tax/insurance reasons).
• Opt-out of texts: Reply STOP, or just tell Will.

8. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for collection, the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to make the site work and to count anonymous visits. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site. If we add tracking pixels (for example, a Meta Pixel for ad measurement), we will update this policy and disclose it here.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we don't ask you for sensitive information through this site, and we limit who has access to your contact details.
